Suggested tip:  Prior to a coaching intake session with your prospective client, forward a personalised e-mail along the following lines;  I look forward to meeting and seeing if you would like to work with me as your executive coach. In preparation for this and to make it a useful conversation I propose the following agenda.
 
1.            Explore your purpose and context of coaching
3.            Discovery –What are their goals?
4.            Logistics – how we work we operate?
5.            Mutual Permission – what next?
 
Further it would be great if you would be prepared to consider a few pre coaching questions and either send this to me before we meet or share them when we get to get together in confidence.
