How it works:

We will introduce you to a choice of 2 potential executive coaches – a free matching conversation
2. Confirm the selection – give us your permission to assign the coach, agree the logistics, involvement of sponsor and/or stakeholder and the number of hours of coaching.
- You can change your coach at any point should this be required
3. Begin coaching – confirm the coaching contract and start gaining value
4. Regular sessions and access to on demand guidance
- Coaching contract and relationship reviewed at an agreed mid point
- Sponsor and/or stakeholder input if applicable
5. Close and exit the coaching relationship
6. Evaluation of impact and continued development
