Who are the courses for?
Supervision is suitable for all training and qualified, practising coaches.
A coach's continuous professional development (CPD) must include supervision.
The importance of this is even greater for internal coaches who have been trained within an organisational context. The success of coaching inside an organisation is dependent on supervision, regardless of how many internal coaches there are or how big the function is.
EMCC Global believes that experienced practitioners require a minimum of four hours individual supervision per year, evenly distributed across twelve months.
